“I have shot shows where the content is not up to the look and then the show becomes about the look. I would not feel that I did this show justice or I was successful with this show if people noticed my photography too much. I don’t want them to. I want a marriage. I want the lighting and the look and the performance — I want them all to be as one. What I would really love is for someone to look at that and think that everything is exactly in the right place and in the right proportion in terms of telling a good story.”
Michael Slovis, director and photography director of “Breaking Bad”.

Logan: Look I don’t give a rat’s ass if it’s right or fair. I don’t care that you’re angry, I care that you’re safe.
Veronica: That’s all sweet and great, but it doesn’t really work that way. It’s not like this is all some new facet of my personality.
when you see me like this and when I see you like that
we see just what we want to see, it’s all coming back to me
the flesh and the fantasies, all coming back to me
I can barely recall but it’s all coming back to me now

and the finest came to visit me
she said son i am your enemy, fear me

Foxes - Home
these strange faces
it was only yesterday we spoke on the phone
a distant memory from all those years ago
but now I’m looking at these strange faces
and I’m not coming home
